How It Works

Step 1 – Pop in the details

Step 2 – We do the rest

We’ll contact your friend, arrange their first appointment, and give them the full NG Mortgages experience - clear advice, no jargon, simple.

Step 3 – £50 Thank-You

Once both mortgages are completed via NG, we’ll send you a £50 Amazon gift voucher within 28 days of receiving our final commission.

  • NG Mortgages “Refer a Friend”

    – Full Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility of Referrer:

    ○ Only existing NG Mortgages clients who have completed a mortgage through NG Mortgages are eligible to refer friends or family.

    2. Eligibility of Referee:

    ○ The person being referred (“referee”) must not be a current or previous NG Mortgages client.

    ○ Referrals are limited to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom.

    ○ Referrers can submit a maximum of 5 referrals per 12-month period . If you wish to refer more than 5 people in a year, you may be eligible to become an official NG Mortgages referrer. Please contact us for further details.

    3. Notification Requirement:

    ○ Referrals must be notified to NG Mortgages before the referee’s first appointment .

    ○ Referrals notified after this time will not be accepted.

    4. Completion Requirement:

    ○ Both the referrer and referee mortgages must complete via NG Mortgages.

    ○ “Completion” is defined as: the mortgage offer has been fully drawn down, and all fees, including the broker fee and procuration fee, have been paid to NG Mortgages.

    ○ No referral incentive will be payable until completion is confirmed for both parties.

    5. Payment of Incentive:

    ○ The referral incentive will be a £50 Amazon gift voucher (or a similar value product at NG Mortgages’ discretion).

    ○ Payment will be made within 28 days of NG Mortgages receiving the final commission for both mortgages (broker fee and procuration fee).

    6. Limitation of Incentive:

    ○ The incentive is personal to the referrer and non-transferable.

    ○ Only one incentive is payable per referred customer.

    ○ NG Mortgages reserves the right to change, substitute, or withdraw the incentive at any time without notice.

    7. Method of Referral:

    ○ Referrals can be submitted via the online referral form on the NG Mortgages website or by email to NG Mortgages or via the referral form on the ‘Mortgage Wallet’ app before the referee’s first appointment .

    ○ NG Mortgages is not responsible for any technical or administrative issues that may prevent a referral from being registered.

    8. Data Protection and Consent:

    ○ By making a referral, the referrer consents to NG Mortgages processing the referee’s personal data solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.

    ○ NG Mortgages will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

    9. General:

    ○ This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

    ○ NG Mortgages accepts no liability for any loss, costs, or damages arising from misuse or misinterpretation of this referral scheme.

    ○ These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • NG Mortgages will be what is known as the ‘controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location-based information.

    Why do you need my data and what will it be used for?

    We need to know your basic personal data so we can contact you and respond to your message, request or query. All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK.

    Who is my data shared with?

    Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary to respond to your request. If this is the case, we will seek your permission before passing on your details.

    How long do you keep my data for?

    We may store your data for up to six years past the end of any business relationship, after which time it will be securely destroyed.     What are my rights?
